Decide
Make the call.

Know what would make you reverse.
Lead
Carry the decision through people.
State the recommendation clearly.
Read the person in front of you.
Respond to challenge without losing the decision.
Change your mind when the evidence changes.
One apprenticeship loop
Teach. Demonstrate. Attempt. Diagnose. Retry. Withdraw.
The mentor builds the mental model before asking for performance, then makes the work harder only when the attempt can be meaningful.
Build the model
Explain unfamiliar terms, reveal assumptions, and show a concrete example without treating the learner like a child.
Make an attempt
Ask for a choice. Observe the reasoning. Diagnose one governing gap instead of producing a wall of correction.
Remove the structure
Return in a different context, delay the retest, and reduce prompts when the capability becomes more reliable.

Framework judgement
