Question 1

What do I need to start?

Accepted Answer

A TV, and a way to show Orbitrain on it: a laptop with an HDMI cable, a laptop and a Chromecast or Google TV, or the TV's own web browser. Then dumbbells, a kettlebell or just a mat. Your phone can be the remote if you like.

Question 2

How do I get Orbitrain onto my TV?

Accepted Answer

Plug a laptop into the TV with an HDMI cable and choose Show on TV, or use Cast to TV in Chrome if you have a Chromecast or Google TV. You can also open orbitrain.com/app in the TV's own browser and sign in from your phone with the code it shows.

Question 3

I found you on my phone. Where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Sign in on your phone, then open orbitrain.com/app on the laptop or TV you'll train with. Your household follows your account. You can also train on the phone itself, turned sideways, or use it as the remote.
