# Orbitrain

> Orbitrain is a free home strength training app that runs on your TV. Open it in a browser on a laptop connected to the TV, press start, and it plans the session: warm-up first, then each move with two clear cues, and weights that adjust after every set from how it felt. Orbitrain is designed and built by elmunei studio (https://elmunei.com).

Key facts:

- **What it is:** a strength training coach for home, shown on a TV. Nothing to install: it runs in a modern web browser at https://orbitrain.com/app.
- **Getting it on the TV:** a laptop connected by HDMI (Orbitrain offers to go full screen on the TV), Cast to TV from Chrome to a Chromecast or Google TV, or the TV's own web browser, signed in from a phone with a short code. It also works on a phone held sideways.
- **Price:** free. Sign in with Google; no payment card is asked for.
- **Equipment:** any one of dumbbells (a pair or an adjustable set), a kettlebell, or just a mat for body weight plans.
- **How it plans:** it picks the workout for you (push, pull, legs, full body, kettlebell, body weight, core and mobility plans, short express sessions, or a workout you build), starts with a warm-up set, and changes the weight or reps for the next set based on whether the last one felt easy, about right or hard.
- **Households:** one account for up to six people, each with their own colour, kit and weights. Two people can train together in one session.
- **Phone remote:** a phone can pair with the TV and act as the remote: one big Done button during a set, rate the set and log reps during rest.
- **Voice coach and sound cues:** a recorded British English voice calls out each exercise, weight, set and countdown.
- **Progress:** a weekly ring for sessions completed, personal bests, and reminder emails on chosen training days.
- **Privacy:** no adverts, no analytics or tracking, and no selling of data. Accounts can be deleted from Settings at any time.
- **Made by:** elmunei studio, https://elmunei.com (written in lowercase: "elmunei studio").
